  • How do I make an appointment?

    To make an appointment for individual, couples, or family therapy in Suwanee, please call our main office at 678-993-8494. If your call isn’t answered immediately, please leave a voicemail and our Intake Coordinator will return your call within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We will provide you with a receipt that contains the information most insurance companies require for you to submit for reimbursement for out-of-network counseling.

  • I have an emergency and need to speak with someone right away. What do I do?

    If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

  • What type of payment do you take?

    Payment for our faith-based counseling in Atlanta and the surrounding areas is due at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check and Visa or Master Card debit and credit cards. 

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    Each of our counselors reserve a time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your individual counselor at least 24 hours in advance. If the change is made with less than 24 hours advance notice, or if you do not keep your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee.
